Logistics that concers everyone
Logistics is not just about transport, traffic or home deliveries. It is a complex system that has a daily effect on people’s quality of life, business operations and regional development.
Truly understanding logistics means looking beyond stereotypes and recognising its strategic role in economics, innovation and sustainability.
Today, understanding this sector and its challenges is no longer a technical detail, but a fundamental skill for designing more resilient, sustainable and competitive regions. This awareness concerns companies, institutions, citizens and the entire community.
Objective
The seminar aims to give participants a clear, up-to-date view of the role that logistics plays in the economic and social development of the region.
The meeting relies on accessible language and a discussion with experts in the sector to help participants understand the main myths, emerging challenges and opportunities related to an ever-evolving sector — from the ‘green’ transition to technological innovations and impacts on community life.
Content
The seminar presents an in-depth study of the actual role of logistics in the region, analysing its evolution in the light of current economic, technological and environmental transformations. The introductory talk and discussion among experts is aimed at exploring the changes redefining the sector, from new sustainability-oriented solutions to innovations affecting supply chain organisation, to the social impacts accompanying such transitions.
